H E Mr Dago Tshering: From Monarchy to Democracy in Bhutan

In this video, Lyonpo Dago Tshering, who is a Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan and Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister, talks about the possibility of transitioning from monarchy to democracy in Bhutan.
