Emerging Security Challenges: Issues and Options for Policy Makers
In this audio presentation from the 2013 International Security Forum, three experts discuss the challenges of developing new security concepts and methods that manage to address emerging threats, but that also do not undermine existing political and democratic practices that deserve protecting. (Note: The speakers include Kenneth Keller, who is the Director of the SAIS Bologna Center, John Hopkins University; Adrian Kendry, who is a Senior Defense Economist at the Emerging Security Challenges Division, NATO; and Aida Alymbaeva from the Institute for Development Analysis and Initiatives.)
