'New Wars' and the Horn of Africa
In this audio presentation, the University of Reading's Professor Peter Woodward talks about past and current conflicts in the Horn of Africa, along with the West's responses to them. In the case of the current ones, he unsurprisingly observes that there are no easy solutions and that any attempts to deal with them will require a mix of approaches.
