ODI HPG Reports
The Overseas Development Institute (ODI) is an independent think tank on international development and humanitarian issues. The ODI focuses on high-quality applied research, practical policy advice, and policy-focused dissemination and debate. It is engaged with partners in the public and private sectors, in both developing and developed countries. HPG Reports present the detailed findings of the group's research and focus on laws, principles and concepts of humanitarianism, the evolving architecture of humanitarian action and crisis contexts, as well as humanitarian responses.
