The Attitude of the European Union and Spain Towards Cuba
An Assessment a Year After Castro’s Illness
This paper evaluates the attitude of Spain and the EU in general toward Cuba. The paper states that not much has happened regarding potential epoch-making events, at least at the level of what was expected from Castro's serious medical condition and the proximity of his eventual death.
