Interconnection Between Nuclear Disarmament and Non-proliferation
Reality or Myth?
This study explores in detail the interaction between the limitation/reduction of nuclear weapons and non-proliferation. The authors focus on the systemic approach to nonproliferation which enabled them to arrive at comprehensive and practically relevant conclusions. The study sets forth a consistent set of measures aimed at strengthening the non-proliferation regime, including the intensification of the negotiations process on nuclear arms reduction and limitation.
