CIR Working Papers
The Centre of International Relations (CIR) is a part of the Liu Institute of Global Issues and a research center within the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of British Columbia. It facilitates internationally-oriented interdisciplinary research and curricula among the faculty and students of the University of British Columbia and other institutions in Canada and abroad. The CIR Working Papers discuss a broad range of the topics directly related to the research activities of the center.
