Conflict Potential Related to the Problems of Language and Education in Georgia's Kvemo Kartli Province
This policy paper analyzes language- and education-related problems in Georgia's Kvemo Kartli province. The author discusses estrangement and mutual mistrust among ethnic groups as well as the general situation in the Georgian language education system. The paper addresses the local population's attitude toward the education system and the post-revolution education reform.
