North Korea: Negotiations Work
This article examines US foreign policy toward North Korea on the nuclear issue. It analyzes the shift in US diplomatic strategy away from its traditional uncompromising approach. The author welcomes the new opening to bilateral negotiation and outlines the possibilities it provides for future nuclear disarmament.
