Crunch Time for Egypt's Civil-Military Relations
This brief examines the challenges facing Egyptian civil-military relations following President Morsi's ouster of the first ranks of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF). Any sustainable transition must seek a broad national consensus among all political forces on the management of the transitional process.
