This issue of the Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst opens with four analytical articles on Georgian political priorities under President Mikheil Saakashvili, Kyrgyz foreign policy toward Russia, Azeri nationalism in Iran and politics in Armenia. It also features four field reports on the linguistic demands of the Uzbek minority in Kyrgyzstan, food inflation in Georgia, anti-corruption efforts in Kazakhstan and iodine deficiency disorders in Kyrgyzstan.
