Issues of Minority Rights in the Ethiopian Federation
This working paper examines how the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia treats the issue of minority rights, as well as the current trends in the implementation of minority rights. The international human rights instruments to which Ethiopia is a party are also documented here.
