Technology Transfer as a Measure to Tackle Global Warming in Asia
This policy brief provides several options on how to promote the transfer of low-carbon technology towards and within Asia, to achieve environmentally-sound development in the region. The transfer of low-carbon technology sounds simple. However, in reality it is a process that is quite difficult to be defined. It is a highly complex process of sharing physical assets including capital investment and products, and informational assets such as technical know-how and knowledge.
