Biotechnology: Eastern African Perspectives on Sustainable Development and Trade Policy
This report was prepared as part of the project Building Capacity on Trade and Biotechnology Policy-Making by the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD). The project aims to strengthen the capacity of developing countries to better formulate their biotechnology strategies and priorities related to trade and sustainable development, and integrate them into national, regional and international policymaking processes. The report provides an Eastern African perspective on the regional and global issues related to international trade, sustainable development and biotechnology.
