HIV-Related Legal Services Project in Papua New Guinea

Mid–Term Review of the First Phase

This review assesses the implementation of a three-year project to provide HIV-specific legal services in Papua New Guinea. The project was carried out as part of the International Development Law Organization's Health Law Program. The review aims to establish what the project stake-holders achieved during the first phase, to identify successes and deficiencies in achieving the project objectives, and to make recommendations for the planning and implementation of the project in future.
