Is It All About Territory?
Israel's Settlement Policy in the Occupied Palestinian Territory Since 1967
Israel's security barrier along the West Bank Green Line.
This study examines the settlement policies of Israel in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Specifically, it shows how these policies not only undermine the possibility of a two-state solution, but also go far beyond international legal standards. Fueling these problems is a political narrative that is far different from the one projected by the mainstream media and foreign policy circles – i.e., a narrative of ongoing struggle over land that is significantly detached from any ‘Peace Process’ measures.
