Human Security and Human Rights Education
Pilot Study
This paper addresses the issues of human rights education and human security in preparation of the Graz 2003 ministerial meeting of the Human Security Network (HSN) . The paper discusses the conceptual framework of and the linkages between human rights, human rights education and human security. The paper develops operational suggestions for the ministerial meeting and a follow-up process and presents examples of best practices in the field of human security promotion.
