“Access to Justice” in Turkey
Indicators and Recommendations
In this report, the current situation in Turkey with regards to access to justice will be analyzed in reference to the international context as well as the main domestic developments. The report will look at the manifestations of access to justice in Turkey in reference to the ways in which the concept has been examined in international literature. Access to justice issues will be particularly assessed in the context of the main headings of the Judicial Reform Strategy of the Ministry of Justice.
