Negotiating Arms Control and Disarmament Agreements
This chapter provides a historical overview of arms control and disarmament negotiations since World War II. It charts the negotiations forums and corresponding disarmament agreements and treaties ratified by states. The negotiations forums section is subdivided into three areas: global institutions, regional institutions and bilateral institutions. The chapter closes with a glossary of negotiation terms.
