Armed Conflict in Syria: US and International Response
This paper discusses the situation in Syria after over a year of unrest and violence. It looks at the problems posed by the fighting including, terrorist involvement, control of Syrian weapon stockpiles, and the spread of violence to neighboring countries like Israel, Iraq, Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan.
