External Powers' Influence Upon the Reform and Political Elites in Present Kyrgyzstan
This article appraises the influence of external powers on the Kyrgyz political elite after the Tulip Revolution in March/April 2005. It surveys the influence of Russia, China, the US and the EU, as well as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
