A Promise to Keep: Time to End the International Isolation of the Turkish Cypriots
This report provides a historical analysis of the political isolation of the Turkish Cypriot community. It assesses the legal validity of the continuing international isolation of the community and demonstrates that lifting the isolation imposed on the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will not necessarily amount to – or require – its recognition as a nation-state.
