The Military Option in the Iranian Nuclear Crisis
This paper argues that the European Union (EU) should persuade Israel to refrain from a pre-emptive strike against Iran. In contrast, Europe should advocate peaceful conflict resolution grounded on incentive-based negotiations with Tehran.
