The Balance and the Prospects for Changes in Russian-US Relations
The ‘reset’ policy proposed by the USA has brought Russia a number of geopolitical, prestigious and economic benefits. Yet the changes which have taken place in Russian-US relations are not durable. The two parties have not resolved their major disputes, and any differences are hushed up for tactical reasons alone.
