The Cost of International Military Operations
This note provides a summary of the estimated and actual costs of the international military operations. The outturn cost of operations in Iraq and Afghanistan totalled £21.6bn between 2002/03 and 2010/11. The Government has estimated the costs of maintaining operations in Libya for six months to be £260m.
