Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst Vol 8, No 15
This issue of the Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst opens with four analytical articles on American military bases in Central Asia, Pakistan’s bid for membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), ethnonationalism and the Kremlin in the North Caucasus, and presidential elections in Tajikistan. It also features four field reports on social unrest in South Kazakhstan, electricity prices in Georgia, energy politics and ethnic discrimination in Xinjiang, and violence against journalists in Azerbaijan.
