No. 61: Russia and the EU’s Northern Dimension
This issue of the Russian Analytical Digest analyzes the Eastern and Northern dimension of EU's external relations. Specifically, it addresses the EU's policy toward its Eastern neighbors with a focus on cooperation with Russia. Further, it assesses the conceptual framework for the relations between the EU, Russia, Norway and Iceland, analyzes Russia’s Arctic policy and evaluates its relevance in that context.
