IPCS Conference Reports
The Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS) was established in August 1996 as an independent think tank devoted to studying security issues related to South Asia. IPCS Conference Reports highlight the conferences and workshops conducted by the Institute and discuss and analyze regional security issues in India and South Asia.
