Gulf Cooperation Council States Probable Attitude Towards a Military Action Against Iran's Nuclear Facilities
Against the background of growing calls to halt any further progress in the development of the Iranian nuclear program, this paper examines and predicts the reactions of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states towards two possible scenarios: firstly, an external military action against Iran, possibly led by the US and/or Israel; and secondly, Iran's possession of an atomic bomb. The author explains that both options could have a great impact on the security and stability of the Gulf region.
