No. 103: Russian Regions
Russia
This issue of the RAD examines two topics connected to the Russian regions. The first article considers efforts to introduce religious education into Russian schools, detailing how this process is working in Ulyanovsk Oblast. The second article looks at the long history of Siberian regionalism and separatism, explaining current thinking along these lines in Siberia and the prospects for the implementation of regional ideas.
