CASD CeMiSS Quarterly Spring 2011
This issue addresses various topics ranging from political tensions in Iran, Syria and Yemen, the Turkish neo-Ottoman foreign policy and the Arab Spring, the geostrategic balance in Eastern Europe, the Obama Administration between Libya and Afghanistan, negotiations with the Taliban, the African crisis, and policy against the upheavals in the Arab world.
