Fighting Legacy: Media Reform in Post-Communist Europe
This paper offers a comparative analysis of media laws in the former communist countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The author's goal is to find those components of Western European and US journalism and the media legal system that can work in a practical sense in the former European Soviet bloc countries and present possible scenarios of reform in the region.
