Changes in Uzbekistan’s Military Policy after the Andijan Events
This paper analyzes the changes in Uzbekistan’s military policy after the Andijan events in 2005. It examines the development of the Uzbek national security policies and structures and looks at prospects of regional security cooperation in Central Asia.
