The Spanish-Morocan Socioeconomic Development Foundation (FHIMADES) is an initiative born out of the civil society to foster socio-economic development at this border of the EU. At its Board, Moroccans and Spanish representatives for business and universities share a common goal to improve the living standards of citizens on both sides of the border.
