The Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) is an international regional organization which includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The Collective Security Treaty was signed in 1992 and the Organisation established in 2003. According to the CSTO Charter, the CSTO member states consider peaceful means of resolving arising issues as their priority, but similarly to NATO, an act of aggression against one signatory would be perceived as an aggression against all the members.
