In this last installment of this three-part podcast series, Michelle le Baron, Professor of Law and Director of the University of British Columbia's Program on Dispute Resolution, explains how conflicts can be addressed constructively by using arts-based approaches as part of mediation repertoires to allow participants to explore deeper levels of meaning and identity.
