Since 1976, the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs (JCPA) has been engaged in a multi-faceted effort to provide high-quality analysis on the most critical issues affecting the future of the Middle East to the attention of policymakers and leading opinion-makers. The thrust of Jerusalem Center’s research in recent years has focused on Israel’s rights under international law in its conflict with the Palestinians, examining new paradigms for regional diplomacy in the Middle East, and identifying the connections between local terrorism against Israel and the global jihadi effort against the West.
