A new name - The Defence and Security Network (DefSecNet) changes its name to International Relations and Security Network (ISN) with a view to embracing a wider body of academic research interests.
Joining the PfP – The ISN becomes the first Swiss contribution to the NATO Partnership for Peace (PfP) initiative.
Building the partner network – The ISN begins building its partner network by organizing marketing campaigns in the UK, France, Sweden, Germany and Eastern Europe.
