Why is the ISN free to access and use?
We believe that greater collaboration in the international arena is only possible if knowledge on today’s most pressing global issues is freely available to all. To this end, the ISN is dedicated to keeping its services free of charge and to limiting any barriers to access. We are also committed to encouraging organizations everywhere to make their research as freely available as possible, via the ISN as well as other open access initiatives.
