The ISN at the International Security Forum 2013

The 10th biennial International Security Forum (ISF) occured from 22 to 24 April in Geneva, Switzerland. In order to support its overarching theme (“Facing a World of Transitions”), the International Relations and Security Network (ISN) sponsored and conducted two ISF panel sessions. One concentrated on the post-2014 future of Afghanistan while the second one focused on the growing role of 'hidden actors' in the world's small arms trade. For the benefit of those interested in these two subjects, this special dossier contains a generous sample of background materials that may be of use.
