Poland-Russia Dialogue: Central-East European Ramifications
This is the second of three videos in which selected experts talk about current Polish-Russian relations. More specifically, this video focuses on how Central and Eastern European states view the two nations' attempts to reconcile their political and security-centered differences. (Note: The speakers in this video include Michal Koran from the Institute for International Relations, Czech Republic; Andris Spruds who is the Director of the Latvian Institute for International Affairs; and Professor Charles Gati from Johns Hopkins University.)
