Peace and Resilience: Assessing State Vulnerability to Conflict
In this video, a group of seven explores the findings of the "Global Peace Index 2013" report. The report, which is released annually by the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP), clusters together a variety of metrics to rank order the world's countries in terms of their 'peacefulness'. The discussants also talk about how the report's results can help shape policies centered on the resilience and vulnerability of states and institutions.
