CFR Other Reports
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is a nonpartisan center for scholars dedicated to producing and disseminating ideas so that policymakers, journalists, students, and interested citizens can better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the US and other governments. The CFR Other Reports are various reports from CFR and coproduced with other organizations, posted at the discretion of CFR's president and director of studies.
