IPI Blue Papers
The International Peace Institute (IPI) is an independent, international institution promoting the prevention and settlement of armed conflict through policy research and development. IPI Blue Papers are the product of a task force entitled "Strengthening Multilateral Security Capacity". Founded in 2008, the task force intends to create ideas for action to strengthen the capacity of the UN and its partners to deal effectively with emerging, multifaceted,and global challenges to peace and security.
