RSIS Working Papers
The RSIS is an autonomous research institute which conducts research on security, strategic and international issues, with a particular focus on issues related to the security and stability of the Asia-Pacific region. Through its Working Paper series, the institute seeks to share its research findings with the strategic studies and defense policy communities. The focus of research is on issues relating to the security and stability of the Asia-Pacific region and their implications for Singapore and other countries in the region.
