ASPI Policy Analysis
The Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) is an independent, non-partisan policy institute. ASPI was established, and is partially funded, by the Australian Government to provide ideas on that country's defense and strategic policy choices. ASPI is charged with the task of informing the public about strategic and defense issues, generating fresh ideas for government and fostering strategic expertise in Australia. Generally written by ASPI experts, the ASPI Policy Analysis series is provided online to give readers timely, insightful opinion pieces on current strategic issues, with clear policy recommendations when appropriate.
