IFSH CORE Working Papers
The Centre for OSCE Research (CORE) at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg (IFSH) focuses on the contribution of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to crisis prevention, conflict management and democratization. The CORE Working Papers examines the capacities and limitations of the OSCE by analyzing its structures, instruments, activities and cooperation with other international actors.
