Cyber Security Affairs: Global and Regional Processes, Agendas and Instruments
This brief provides a map of global and regional processes, agendas and instruments which address the issue of cyber security. The authors offer this map to show that states are becoming aware of the new threats posed by cyber space and are finally engaging at the UN, OSCE and many more. However, they note that more robust and output oriented negotiations are still needed.
