The Increasing Complexity of the Internationalised Syrian Conflict
This issue brief argues that the Syrian Civil War has long since stopped being a local one –i.e., it is now defined by a multiplicity of agenda-driven interest groups and countries. Whatever gains either side in the conflict now make, they do indeed come at the expense of other stakeholders.
