Countering Left-Wing Extremism in India
Conceptual Ambiguity and Operational Disconnect
According to this paper, India lacks an effective strategy to deal with a rising tide of left-wing extremism within its borders. One of its causes, among others, is a persistent inability to conceptualize the nature of the extremism and the threats they pose to the Indian state.
